|Terms of Service

These terms govern access to CurveWorldMTL services, classes, and facilities. By creating an account, purchasing a pass, or entering the studio, you agree to them.

Eligibility

  • You must be 18+. Minors require a parent/guardian and written consent.
  • You confirm you are medically fit to train and will stop if you feel unwell.
|Membership
  • Memberships and class packs are personal and non‑transferable.
  • Members receive a unique door code. Codes change weekly. Keep it confidential.
  • Open hours are 6:30–22:00. Train during non‑class times as posted in the schedule.
  • Plans may auto‑renew monthly. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations or unsafe conduct.
  • Members get better class pricing and access to members‑only events.
|Classes & bookings
  • Arrive on time. The coach may refuse late entry for safety.
  • You may cancel a booking in the app/website. Late cancellations or no‑shows may forfeit the credit.
  • We may modify the schedule, coach, or class format when needed.
  • Private sessions must be prepaid and booked in available slots.
  • Check the class description for prerequisites and gear.
|Payments & refunds
  • Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes apply where required.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Unless stated, purchases are non‑refundable once used or after the cooling‑off window.
  • Chargebacks for valid services may lead to account suspension.
  • We may correct pricing errors and will notify you if your order is affected.
|Facility rules
  • Respect others. No harassment, filming others without consent, or disruptive behavior.
  • Use clean indoor shoes. Wipe down equipment after use.
  • No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances on premises.
  • Follow coach instructions. Load weights safely. Report faults immediately.
  • Keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Media: we may photograph events. Tell staff if you prefer not to appear.
|Liability waiver & health notice
  • Training involves risk. You assume all risks of injury or damage arising from participation.
  • Consult your physician before starting a program. Inform coaches of any condition.
  • CurveWorldMTL is not liable for injuries unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • We are not liable for personal property on the premises.
  • We apply Quebec law. Venue is Montreal, Quebec.
